I love this time of year. The fresh, new blooms poking through the earth. Tulips are my favorite.


I really love to cook and my latest venture in the kitchen has been English Muffins...Yum!

 



They are surprisingly easy and delicious.

    1. Hi Joe, I made them Sunday but I cut the rounds with a soup bowl. They turned out pretty large but delicious.

  7. I love tulips, especially in large groups that show off all that color. I'm never sure what to plant with them, though, so that after the tulips pass there isn't just this big bed of green leaves left.

  11. Thanks for the English Muffin recipe. I'm not a huge baker, but I do enjoy making bread...but I cheat...I use a bread machine. That said, I do have a terrific sounding (and easy) recipe for English Muffin Bread that I plan on making someday.
