Bio:

Sharon Kleve was born and raised in Washington and currently lives on the Olympic Peninsula with her husband.

Sharon is a multi-published author of paranormal and contemporary romance. She loves romance. She loves reading romance, living romance, and especially loves writing about romance. She gets no greater feeling than watching her characters come alive in each other's arms. Most of all, she loves giving her characters the happily ever after they deserve—with a few bumps and bruises along the way.

One of her favorite things to do is picking up a new book and sinking into the story, immersing herself in the emotions between the characters. She hopes to inspire her readers the same way her favorite authors have inspired her.

When not writing, she can usually be found either curled up in her recliner with her cat and a good book, or in the kitchen baking sourdough bread or bagels.

  1. My first kiss was in an old movie theater when I was in middle school. I remember my boyfriend's arm draped over my shoulder. Not hugging me, not pulling me close. Just draped. In the half-light, I watched him out of the corner of my eye. I turned my face to him and he kissed me on the lips. It was a light, mouth closed, whisper of a kiss. He smiled. I remember thinking that he might kiss me again that night and that his breath smelled like old leather.

  2. My most unforgettable kiss was my first kiss from my first date with a guy I didn’t even like, who by the way is now my husband. I went out with him on a dare and thought I would hate the evening! I certainly wasn’t looking forward to a kiss from him! But the evening ended up being as romantic as you can get and his kiss goodnight was like a kiss from heaven….sigh! 42 years later his kisses still can make me swoon! ❤️

  3. It's amazing how a good kisser can be a game-changer. I went out with this man who was arrogant, brash, self-centered, and the list goes on. (He'd been interested in me for awhile, though I didn't even know about him for the longest time - my parents kept him away from me.) When we finally went out, we danced, and he treated me respectfully all evening - a shock since he'd seemed such a jerk when I'd seen him in crowds of people. He kissed me good night, and I felt the earth move. His lips were perfect, smooth and full, and just slightly parted. He gently pulled on my bottom lip, then just touched his tongue to mine before pulling away. I swear it was all I could do to keep from climbing into his lap. We have been married for many years and together since that first kiss in 1997.
