Abby Blackwell runs a successful wedding planning business. She’s delighted when Derrick, her boyfriend of only a few short months proposes. Abby immediately accepts and dreams of the perfect wedding at the Rose Chalet. But, when Derrick with no explanation, pressures her to get married as soon as possible, she has to wonder why and drags her feet.

Derrick Knight’s future rests on portraying a settled, respectable and married man. All he needs is a wife—now—and Abby fits the bill. She’s successful, smart, gorgeous, and would make the perfect corporate wife. He just needs to convince her to tie-the-knot by the end of the month to close the most important deal of his career.

Hunter Price knows he’s made the biggest mistake of his life. Derrick Knight, a friend from school, hires him to pretend he’s getting married, in an attempt to trick Abby into planning her own whirlwind wedding. Abby is selfless, sweet, tastes like sunshine, and belongs to someone else—and he just kissed her.

Two grooms-to-be—one bride-to-be and one bridesmaid. Which couple will walk down the aisle to happily ever after?

 Excerpt

My knees throbbed as I knelt on the cold tile of my bathroom floor. I should’ve folded up the bathroom mat or even grabbed a pillow for cushioning. But the discomfort in my knees was nothing compared to the shock of losing my engagement ring. During my after work frenzy of taking a shower, detangling my long hair, and zipping around my mouth with an electric toothbrush, my engagement ring slipped off the edge of the sink and was now somewhere deep in the drain’s belly.

After the initial shock wore off, I sprinted to my computer, did a quick search, and then printed out step-by-step instructions from www.DoItYourself.com. The instructions were clear and concise. Surely, I could retrieve a ring.

One after another, I removed the collection of rarely-used items I’d tucked away under the sink. Nighttime cold medicine, an unopened pack of cotton swabs, fifteen bottles of assorted nail polish, three different kinds of shampoo and conditioner, and white fluffy cotton balls everywhere. It looked like they’d had a pillow fight under my bathroom counter.

After escaping an abusive relationship, Chesney Ward fights to take back control of her life. She longs to leave behind her troubled past, but she craves more than what her small town has to offer.
Freedom.
Adventure.
Love.
The Air Force provides the escape she needs.
After arriving at her first duty station, Chesney meets Staff Sergeant Zane Thomas, a Special Forces airman. He is used to exercising control in his life, which she doesn’t mind. However, she has no idea she’s getting more than she bargained for.
Zane thinks no woman could ever make him want to settle down. That is until he meets Chesney, a small-town girl with a big heart. Her Southern accent and honey-brown eyes make him forget how to breathe.
Over time, their lives will change, and they will be forced to part ways.
When Zane reappears many years later, Chesney’s life is turned upside-down. Not only is she faced with sharing a life-altering secret with him, but she is also given a second chance to rekindle what they once had years ago.
Will Chesney be able to love him back to her, or is Zane too broken to be saved?

A little about me:
I grew up reading and enjoying romance novels. My first romance novel that I read was by Danielle Steel and she had me hooked from the first page. I come from a military background so I knew I wanted my first book to be a military romance. Actually, the book Love Him Back is completely different than my original outline. Once I started writing, the book just took a turn and went in a totally different direction. I love the way the love story ended up, though, much more than the way I envisioned it before. My favorite character is Chesney because she is not only on a journey for love, she's on a journey to find herself again. She's just as broken as Zane is when she meets him, and she has to learn how to move on and put her past behind her. She's a very strong woman.
I am currently working on my second novel Hart of Country that will be releasing in 2016! Here is the Goodreads for it:
Fun Facts:
The ending to my book came while I was in the shower one day. I literally leapt out of the shower with soap in my hair, grabbed my towel, and ran to the computer to type it out before I forgot it. My eyes were burning from soap in my eyes a few times, but I kept typing. I had the ending of my book already written before the second half of my book was even written. Some of my character names I got off of Share-a-Coke bottles just for fun. :) If you want to learn more, you can go to my website at: www.krisnacole.com or www.facebook.com/authorkrisnacole I'm also on Twitter: @KrisNacole15

Dr. Quinn Taylor admires Raven’s skill, and the caring she shows with her patients, but can’t get her attention. Until the day she winks at him.

Raven only has 24 hours in her Cinderella body. What will she do with it? Will she become the confident, strong, flirty girl she wants to be? Will she get the guy she’s always wanted? Quinn.

Excerpt:

My cat, Molly is my alarm clock. At 6:00 a.m. every morning, she climbs from the foot of my bed, wraps herself around the top of my head and her engine starts. She doesn’t care if it’s my day off or not. I found twenty pound Molly at a local shelter. Her mismatched eyes, one green and one blue, immediately stole my heart.

I stretched, dislodging Molly. She jumped down, anticipating her morning meal of salmon delight. The wood floor in my small, one bedroom condo, felt cold on the bottom of my feet. I threw on a pair of old sweats, a cotton pull-over, and slid my feet into my fleece slippers.

My coffee pot brewed two cups every morning right before I got up. What a great invention. Molly got her kibble and I got my much-needed caffeine.

After two cups of coffee and a slice of wheat bread slathered with peanut butter, I shuffled into the bathroom. Still a little sleepy from all the wine the night before, I grabbed a comb and it easily slid through my normally tangled hair. That snapped my head around and I peered into my mirror at my now lighter, silky locks. Oh, my God. A sexy body, like one of the nurses from a daytime show, stared back at me. Beautiful, but with my green eyes and my small nose. I pulled the neckline of my sweatshirt out and peaked at my slightly rounder, fuller new chest. My once non-existent rear end, seemed to be perkier. It sort of worked. I giggled and danced around.
